What is My Bookshelf?

My Bookshelf is an online library from which you can borrow physical books to read. Once you have signed up and chosen your books, they will be delivered to you and the membership fees will be picked up or you can make a bank transfer before delivery.  When you are finished with the books we will pick them up. 

You can rent/borrow books from us and save the expense of buying books! 

My Bookshelf library services are available in Karachi only.  

Delivery charge is 200/-.

How it works:

• Visit our website www.mybookshelf.com.pk
• Click on the 'sign up' button.
• Complete the form and the sign up process.
• Once given access, you can browse through our library and select your books.
• In the library, click on the 'Borrow Book' icon next to the book you'd like to read.
• We will process your request and, pending availability, deliver the book to you on our weekly delivery day.
• My Bookshelf is closed on Sundays.
• Book requests received after 10am may not be processed on the same day, and may be dispatched on the next delivery day.
• Please Note: the membership fee, deposit and delivery charge will be collected from you at the time of the first book(s) being delivered. BEFORE DISPATCHING BOOKS, WE SEND MEMBERS A MESSAGE INFORMING OF DELIVERY. THE RIDER MAKES 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH REPEATED DELIVERY ATTEMPT THE RIDER MAKES.                                
• You can borrow up to 2 books at a time. Once you are done with the books please click the 'Return Book' icon in your profile. We will then have the books picked up from you on our weekly delivery/pick up day.
• You can then borrow two more books of your choice.
• WE DO NOT FREEZE MEMBERSHIPS OR PUT MEMBERSHIPS ON HOLD.
